Please read this document carefully before accessing our dedicated servers, shared web hosting, or free web hosting services. Failure to adhere to these terms may lead to account suspension or termination without prior notice or refund.

1. Account Responsibility

As a user, you are fully accountable for all activities conducted through your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your usage complies with applicable laws and the terms outlined here. Any violations may result in immediate termination of your account and associated services without notice or refund.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following types of content and activities are strictly prohibited on our servers:

Illegal Software: Hosting, linking to, or distributing pirated or unauthorized software.
Hacking Tools: Storing or sharing hacking programs, exploits, or archives.
Pirated Content: Hosting or linking to websites that distribute pirated materials (warez sites).
Hate Speech: Promoting violence, discrimination, or hate speech.
Illegal Pornography: Hosting or linking to child, juvenile, or animal pornography.
Unauthorized Copyrighted Material: Distributing copyrighted content without permission, including films, books, or images.

Additionally, IRC and IRC bots are not permitted on our servers.

3. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To ensure secure transactions, we may issue an Order Verification email requiring additional information to validate your account. Until the verification process is complete, no services or support will be provided. Please note:

Services will only be activated after verification is completed.
Delivery time (three business days) starts once verification is finalized.
Orders may be subject to further verification if payment methods change.

4. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate services at our discretion if you breach these terms. Key policies include:

Invoices are issued 14 days before their due date.
Services will be suspended 24 hours after non-payment and terminated after three days of non-payment.
Suspension notifications will be sent via email.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are issued based on individual circumstances and only after resolving server issues. Key refund and cancellation policies:

Reactivation Fee: Reactivating accounts deactivated due to non-payment requires a $20 fee.
Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation request must be submitted at least seven days before the invoice due date. Incomplete billing cycles are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails is subject to a $250 fine and potential legal action.
Obscene Materials: Hosting obscene content, including child pornography, is illegal and will be reported to authorities.
Defamatory Language: Using our network for harassment or abusive communication is prohibited.
Malware Distribution: Hosting or spreading viruses, worms, or similar malicious software.
Illegal Access: Engaging in hacking or unauthorized access to networks or computers.
AUP Violations: Providing software or services to breach our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Copyright Violations: Hosting copyrighted materials without authorization.
Other Illegal Activities: Any activity deemed harmful to our operations, customers, or reputation.

7. Service Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for key services, including HTTP, FTP, POP, IMAP, and SMTP. However, we are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions or downtime.

8. Data Backup Responsibility

Our hosting services are self-managed. Users are solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups of their data. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption.

9. Account Activation and Compliance

By activating your account, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Non-compliance will result in account suspension or termination without refund. In some cases, we may attempt to notify you via email or phone to resolve issues before taking action.

10. Amendments and Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms and pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes to active account plans will include a 30-day notification period.
